Questions about video for your lobby wall.
What buildings ask before they put anything on the wall: the screen they already have, their tenants, the money, and whether it is AI. Free to try with 100 free credits; plans include 100 credits of new video a month.
The questions, answered.
- What do I put on my lobby screen?
- The usual choice is something calm and always on — nature, light, or abstract motion in the building's colors — changed for the season, with tenant logos on top. The longer answer, including when a commissioned film is the right call, is in the guide. What to put on a lobby video wall →
- Does it work with our existing player?
- There are two routes in use today. If the player you have can play our link, point it at ours. If it cannot, our small player runs on the box your integrator already installed. The details, for your integrator →
- Can our tenants put something on the wall?
- Yes, with your approval — a firm moving in, an anniversary, a launch. What does not happen is a tenant putting something up themselves: you upload it, you place it, and you decide when it comes down. Nothing goes on the wall unless you put it there. Tenant logos on a lobby screen →
- Who owns the video?
- Implicit Media owns the video. You are licensed to show it on your screens for as long as you have a plan.
- Can we use the videos on our website or social media?
- Your plan covers showing the video on your screens. Downloading it or posting it elsewhere is not included; write to us if you want that. The logos and files you upload stay yours. Terms →
- What happens if we stop paying?
- If a payment is missed you keep everything and the wall keeps playing for 90 days. After that the wall goes dark until the account is paid. Cancel and the wall stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Does a big wall use more credits than a small screen?
- No. The same video at the same quality costs the same on any wall. Sharper or longer video costs more, because there is more picture to make. You see what a video will cost before you make it.
- What does the monthly price per screen pay for?
- Having the wall managed: the loop it plays, changing what is on it from a browser wherever you are, your logos, what plays when, and knowing the player is alive. You pay it in a month you make nothing new, because the wall is still running.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- The credits your plan includes reset each month. Free credits and credits you buy never expire, and they are spent last — so the plan's credits go first and what you paid for stays. More are $1 each from $50.
- How long does a video take to make?
- It depends on length and quality. You see what it will cost in credits before you start, and you can leave the page while it is made.
- Is it AI?
- Yes. Every video is generated with AI. You watch the whole thing first, change any scene you do not like, add your logos, and put it on the wall yourself. The assistant refuses requests that are not suitable for a corporate lobby, and you see every video before it goes on the wall.
- Do I need to know how to use an AI video generator?
- No. You say what you want in plain words — "calm nature in our building colors for autumn" — and talk it through with the assistant, which turns it into the scenes. There is no prompt to learn. How it works →
- Is there a contract?
- No annual commitment. Month to month, and the Terms of Service apply. Terms →
- Why do you need a card to try it?
- The card is there to keep the free plan from being abused. A card is required to sign up. It is not charged when you sign up. You pay when you buy more credits or choose a plan. Try it free with 100 free credits that never expire. Videos made on the free plan carry a small Implicit watermark.
